Disclaimer

Thank you for visiting Grundhoefer & Ludescher, P.A.

We know that we could spend time drafting and posting a disclaimer on this page filled with legalese regarding representation contracts, confidentiality, and express consent. We also know that if we did post a page like that, you wouldn’t read it. So, in the spirit of simplicity and brevity, our disclaimer has three basic ideas that we ask you to keep in mind as you browse our site:

1) We’ve prepared the materials on this site for informational purposes only. That is, the materials you see on this site are not to be read as legal advice.

2) This site alone does not create an attorney-client relationship between us (the firm) and you (the reader), nor would either party want it to. We don’t accept clients and their cases until we’ve had an opportunity to get a chance to know the client and the circumstances regarding their case. Likewise, you shouldn’t be comfortable calling us your attorneys until you’ve had a chance to meet us, talk to us about your case, and feel comfortable with our ability to represent your interests.

3) Similar to #2, merely sending us an email with your legal question or the factual circumstances of your case does not create an attorney-client relationship. Again, the whole idea of an attorney-client relationship is based on the premise that we know and trust each other. That bond simply cannot be forged through a blind, unsolicited email.
